I had the pleasure of working with Chad Racelis and he was awesome! He was transparent from the beginning and he did a great job from when I stepped foot in the store to driving off with my new car. Chad is honest, straightforward and friendly. He did a great job guiding me through my first dealer car purchase and answered all my questions thoroughly. While I waited for Toyotas delivery to Lynch, I had gone to a local dealer where they were offering me a a slightly lower price but their sales tactics were devious and they were not professional, it did not sit right with me- they were bad vibes. I decided to go with Lynch Toyota, since Chad was direct and transparent from the START, I did not feel pressured and he did not gatekeep any information from me. Overall, I am extremely happy I decided to buy through Lynch as they make their customers feel comfortable!
